Refund Policy
All Chthonic Bearcult models are digital downloads. Once the STL files are in your hands, they’re yours to keep. Every sculpt is tested, printed, and verified to work before it ever gets released.
I stand by what I make. If you grabbed something thinking it was different, or if for some reason the files don’t match what was promised, you’ll get a full refund within 14 days of purchase (as long as the platform of purchase allows it).
That said.
Keep in mind: every file has already been test-printed and confirmed to work. Printing can fail for a ton of reasons – resin issues, slicer settings, machine quirks, temperature, etc – but that’s part of the hobby and not a refundable issue.
If something’s wrong with the files themselves, hit me up and I’ll fix it.
To sum it up:
- Digital downloads are normally non-refundable.
- Genuine mix-ups or real issues = full refund within 14 days.
- Message me, and I’ll make it right.
- Print failures due to user setup, workflow or hardware = not refundable.
Raw, and fair – that’s how I do business.
